I couldn’t believe that I was almost done with school. Me and my friends went out to celebrate.
Raini asked, laughing, “Can anyone believe this?”
“No, it’s like we just started high school!” Zoe laughed.
“I know! We just have to go back to clean out our lockers.” I said.
Lyric smiled. “And half of what’s in there is trash anyway.”
I went to sit by Zoe. They really should make four-person sofas. Raini giggled. “It’s true though.”
This part of my life really was over. If I knew my mama, she had a cake waiting for me at home.
I immediately started looked for job opportunities. I’m leaning toward the politician career. Being able to make a change in our world seems very rewarding.
A/N: So this is the end of Adelaide’s teenage years! I’m very excited to see where her life goes next, and after the next chapter I will be writing new things! I finally caught up and I’m so happy! 🙂
